1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Urban Developments services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Urban Developments provides specialist facilities management services including but not limited to: car park maintenance, facade cleaning, jetwashing, landscaping, carpet cleaning, painting & decorating, and mould & damp remediation. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions, access requirements, and scope variations. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work commences.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price.

6. Liability and Insurance

Urban Developments maintains £10 million public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the specific service provided. We are not liable for consequential losses or damages beyond our control.

7. Health & Safety

We comply with all relevant health and safety legislation. Clients must provide safe access to work areas and disclose any known hazards. We reserve the right to suspend work if safety concerns arise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Urban Developments or Urban Developments Essex LTD and protected by copyright laws.

9. Complaints Procedure

We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. Please contact us in writing with details of your concern, and we will investigate and respond promptly.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
