Urban developments started as a collection of skilled tradesmen in 2010 when we were developing old properties extending them and renovating them to a high standard. Since then, our passion has moved to buying land and taking it through the planning process to build our own homes to our own specifications. In doing this we gained a broader team of passion and skilled trades who are still with us today.
After building our own homes from the ground up our reputation grew and gained recognition with other developers which naturally led to them asking us for our services. We now supply our multi-trades hybrid team for almost everything within the construction industry from Ground Works to painting and decorating.
